Waterloo Lodge School
To raise awareness of Jeans for Genes day, staff and pupils at Waterloo Lodge School wore their jeans to school on Friday 17th September 2021.
The Jeans for Genes campaign raises awareness of the daily challenges faced by those living with a genetic disorder by making a tangible difference to the lives of those affected.
Pupils and staff donated £1 each to wear their own jeans to school. A total of £62.00 was raised which will be donated to this year’s chosen charity, Derian House Children’s Hospice, at the end of the academic year.
