For Sports Relief the pupils of Waterloo Lodge took part in a range of sporting challenges.
The weather was wet and windy all week but this didn’t dampen the spirits of Waterloo’s athletes. All pupils participated in six different sporting challenges as part of their PE lessons. This comprised of basketball shots, penalty kicks, crossbar challenge, accuracy passes, keepy-ups and to finish off the lesson, a 10-minute run. All the participant gave 100%.
For each challenge there was a winner which offered the opportunity for pupils to gain a variety of points depending upon the difficulty of the challenge. The points from the challenges were tallied up to decide the overall winner
Only two points separated the winner!! Jermain Williams Year 8 pipped Tyler Mills Year 11 by just two points to the trophy.
