Waterloo Lodge School Explorers Class bring learning to life Into the Rainforest

The Explorers celebrated the end of their topic with a vibrant Rainforest Day. Pupils took part in the AQA Unit Award Scheme project ‘Rainforest Biome’ to consolidate and extend their learning. They brought the rainforest to life through role-play, acting as different rainforest animals and deepening their understanding in an engaging, creative way, including using the immersive room.

The classroom was transformed into a showcase of learning, with pupils proudly displaying their rainforest artwork. They enjoyed sharing their work with staff and friends, reflecting on all they had discovered throughout the topic.
